Mikołaj Chruszczewski
Mikołaj Chruszczewski has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Studenac since September 2026.
He brings more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, value creation, complex transactions and business transformations across various industries. Throughout his career, he has held executive and leadership positions at Larq, Scan Med, Inelo and Displate, where he contributed to improving business performance, strategic development, refinancing processes and investor exits.
Prior to that, he worked at Enterprise Investors, where he was involved in investments in companies including Kofola, Nordglass, XTB and Danwood. He has gained extensive experience working with companies at different stages of development, with a focus on financial and operational management, business transformation and long-term value creation.
