Ivan Slavica
Ivan Slavica was appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2026.
At Studenac, he is responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial strategy, as well as for assortment management and procurement. One of his key focus areas is strengthening long-term partnerships with suppliers and supporting the continued development of centralization within Studenac’s growing distribution network.
Ivan Slavica brings 15 years of experience in the retail industry, gained through senior management positions in procurement, category management, and supplier relations. During this period, he also served as Director of the Trading and Category Management business area at the retail chain Konzum. He joined Studenac from his role as Regional Director for Trading and Category Management at Fortenova Group, where he was responsible for five markets.
He holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka.
